  1. Well Jay,

    Every hood cleaner goes after every restaurant. Try to find another group of customers. Start with Nursing homes close to you. Retirement communities. Health care. Schools, golf courses, veterans clubs. Do not criticize the last hood cleaner. You will be criticizing the guy that hired them too. Start with the maintenance bosses in the homes. Then go to the chefs. Call the schools, ask custodians who to talk to about the contract. Usually a purchasing agent. Colleges are great and they usually have frat houses and dorms that have commercial hoods. Contact fire suppression companies that do not clean hoods. They can be a good source.
