For sure Ace and Doug can give you all the answers you are looking for. They are already very knowledgeable in this field. I've read their posts and I'm amazed of their knowledge in power washing.

It is really rare that I'll have a sealing job. I think most of them are all in summer. There are people that ask me about it but only few are buying it.

Buddy, when does a customer dictate your pricing? Do you have a "Minimum"? I do and it's $175-$200 even if it's a dog house.Whatever your price is.... stick to it!!!

I agree. Also if you follow that lower price,then she had another work like that next time or she had shared that price to others, that would be your base price in the eye of the clients. They will continue biding lower price on your service.

Try the Shout Advance cleaner. It is good for heavy stain cleaning.

Or if there is a contamination problem wedge plastic around the cleaning area build up walls to contain then pump the mess in a container. Then use what you want to remove the problem.That's right. It is more safe for the plants around if you'll use a thiker kind of plastic around the cleaning area.

You are right. An addition to this, make sure that when using the ladder system, you have all the safety equipments. No matter how high or low the gutter is, it is important to ensure safety. Sometimes, even on low altitudes you can get serious injuries.
