Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum, and fairly new to deck stains. My main gig for the past 15 yrs has been custom cabinetry and finish carpentry. It seems that for the past year, I have been doing everything but. I'm on my second deck and getting ready to stain it as soon as it is dry enough and the weather cooperates. The first deck I stained around the end of July last summer with Superdeck semi transparent. I may of had too high of expectations, but I think there seems to be more fading and wear in traffic areas than I expected to see after a short while. We applied one coat which seemed sufficiant at the time, (because of pooling, absorbtion, etc). I was wondering of what the people here thought of the product and had any other reccomendations as to product, application or anything else that you can think of. thanks Brendol
