I stay away from the house washes.I havent been doing much of anything anymore.I averaged around $6000 per month with the wood,this is after all the chems and labor are out.Mind you its around 100 hrs per month .

Ive used tag on aluminum before at half strength.Let the owners know it will have a slight blemish dull to it.They will have to repaint.This happend to me once .There may be something else too to use.Im a believer in taginator & tagaway products for a lot of stuff.

For vinyl depending how bad the mold is determines how to mix .My vinyl mix is 1 gallon 12.5% 1 gallon power house to 3 gallon of water.Mix as strong as you need .could be a little less or more.Ad more bleach as needed.Leat dwell a few minutes but dont let the solution dry.then rinse like crazy.Make sure you rinse well.And of course water all shrubbery well before applying solution.Keep water on the grass and such.

I just wondered why a certain supplier dont handle hd-80 anymore.Are yall having a problem getting hd-80 from supplier.

I always neutralize before i stain .I;m old fashion of the pump up sprayer method more direct route.Takes a little more time but it will show when ya seal

Go ahead and stain with ready seal no problem with moisture after 10 days ,did you neutralize the wood yet?

Ha ac . imback on tract.turned my gadgets off so i could catch up on my decks .Disasociated my self from the public to catch up.Got more work if ya want it .i despise flat work as you know and house washes.just wood for me anyhow.Leaving off for vacation for a while .dont know when well be back .wife and i are going to have a good time for a while .When ever we decide to come back home who knows.i just may ride over to the bermudas for a while who knows .if i can convince my wife off a hrs trip by water with out her getting sick .The last time we went in my boat she got so sick and sicker as the days went on .

If the deck is peeling ya need to strip and reseal

Dont worry about the paint peeling away .your gonna do him a favor of getting a lot of the loose chips off.Just hit it with what ya have and go on to the next one .

4 to 5 yrs is a bunch of bull .Aproperly house wash will last at most 1 to 14 months .Depending on of ther is trees around the house and what the exterior of the house has on it.Full of bunk.
