in 9 months ill be totally retiring from the business and will have a lot of good stuff for sale.Turnkey business.reason my wife is retiring and were going to destin and relax and i can fish .fishing will be my next job offshore of course.Ive had a lot of good yrs and made a good living doing so .Met a lot of good people and did the strangest things.

I retired once from building custom homes for 21 yrs .gonna retire from pwr washing so i dedicate time to my fishing on offshore.Good luck on the slam ive got 3 myself.

Protecting new grass seedlings

what ever ya do dont cover the new seedling with plastic it will kill instantly.will smother new seedlings.tough one to call let customer know it may do a little damage wet and wet and wet keep wet -
The unit should be under warranty if bought new .

Why do ya want to etch the driveway to seal.Ya can use blockade to seal with and its clear and totally water run off.I use blockde when i seal crete.it;s been on my driveway for 2 yrs know and still look almost new.

Its okay to use for brightner .just make sure it gets a good cleaning after.the caustics willtear up the seals if not cleaned -

Ive used gold .just make sure ya neutralize good .and put 2 solid coats on the floor. -

Power house from sunbrite is good on smoke film .Its also good on ga red mud on stucco

Go with the 2500hd cause of the stiffer suspension.The pay load is more on the 2500hd.

IM not telling ya what to do but you dont need to mix anything with the zap.leave well enough if your not sure .dont make a mix ya will regret.straight zap is all you will need on gutters.Apply with brush and let dwell for a minute or longer as needed .if you let it set up to dry it will eat he paint and loose the shine on the gutters.If zap dries ya have to reapply again

I use the same ole ready seal in pollen season and it dosent affect it at all .Just blow with a blower and be done with it.As far as house washing it slows a little for me .I get fewer house washes in polen season and more decks .strange thing here .With the oils in ready seal it dosent affect the process of the work.

Id bet 90% of the reps dont even know how to apply stain or havent never done so.The reps only dictate what there told buy others .acrylic a no no no in my words .Customers will call back within a few months complaining of peeling and such.My 2 cents worth -

If the gutters look clean the rest of the house will look like a million bucks.Even though the house is clean ;the first things they notice are the gutters .Theres nothing worse then the customer asking you are the gutters as clean as ya can get them. -
ONE THING FOR SURE ITS MADE OF RECYCLED PLASTIC.lOOKS LIKE A PLUNGER TOP OF SORT .
