Hello all who read, I work for chrysler as some may know and the company and union offer classes through NTC( national training center) they are offered at all buildings and the classes vary. Some are as follows , computer maintanance, digital camera classes generator rebuild and such, you always get something from these classes, i'e a generator for $300, camera for $35 and what happens is you apply for the course and when approved you recive a tap voucher that you give to the instrutor and they in turn mail it in and recive a check for in the camera case $535, ok long enough, I want to offer power washer maintance class because they gave a class that gave away pw'ers for 250, or maybe a class on somthing else regarding a pw, and all i need is my biz licence and a descrip and amount of class, then they say na or ya. What do you think, i'm thinking 500a person for a 30 day class, and yes NTC is stupid enough to approve it so is the union. Maybe you can offer this in your area i will be glad to give the info out

Well after 3 yrs without one My family and I are heading to the east coast, virginia beach, new york and maybe boston on the way back, I'm not supposed to know but my in laws are taking us to the football hall of fame on friday, ahhh 14 days away from the factory and pwing.... p.s. thats not a stranded whale thats me.lol

well i'm back and boy refreshed. did somw parasailing 1200ft in the air above the atlantic, went on a naval base tour aboard a 130ft sail boat, surfed on some 10ft waves and ate more sea food then i hope to eat for a while. We sat around in the ocean and pool most of the time. Got to watch some locals catch some baby sharks off the pier too. as far as the condo goes it's really a time share we rented for $2000 and came with an ocean view also everything that one would need in there home. the wife and I are going to look at some foreclosed timeshares because they are the cheapest way to go espeacially in that week. first we'll take a vacation on them doing the timeshare speech thing you get 4 days 3nites on themthen pay minimal fee for the next 4 days.... all in all GREAT TIME, oh and bands on every corner no alcohol on beach no thongs no seaweed no shells just familys. P>S> the football hall of fame was cool. as far as Philly went never had a chance to go.

Wow man congrats on taking the leap. First I stress don't bite off more then you can chew, remember the car insurance electric gas , gas in car all that stuff the mortgage co. dose'nt look at when they say oh you can afford 1500 a month you go cool. second , shop shop shop, rates and homes are there it's a buyers market. third, try to go the seller to give you as much as possible without losing the deal( washer dryer- fridge, homw warranty and most of all seller concessions) Forth, look for a realtor that you can get recommendations for, not the girl just out of real estate school. I would suggest maybe hooking up with someone on this site and learn from them, called labor for learning. I found out that delcos training school was 1. to far and 2. too expensive for me, so put out a call and see what ya get . call if you need help.

Ok the Good - used the xjet for the first time and man alive thats the coolest thing ever. The Bad - Carryiing a stupid bucket with chems on a 2 story house( xjet no reach) The OH S**T - got to the back of this house and My unit goes down, nothing just stops, full gas oil and everything else, got white smoke coming out of exhaust when trying to start, sooooo had to brush the rest and use a garden hose to rinse, man alive ....whats the problem you think? >>>

try xjetting the gutters with gutter zap and no need to scrub, there's a good chance that it will come off without scrub.

Can oxcylic acid be used on an aluminum door to remove rust spots? and will it be fine to use in the neighbors driveway as long as I prewet all and rinse well?

Ken - other than oxclyic what can you recommend for this, what;s you're thought on prime and paint? easier than pw or not?

Got a val pak today and in it a pw co. says " we use only speailized hot water on ALL jobs also decks" Ok I thought that hot water and decks did'nt mix and what speaical hot water? Go figure!

Working in the rain has it's pros and cons for me pro- depending on the rain heavy or lite it can be less rinsing or keeping vegatation wet. Con being on a roof or staining a deck, which is a no no.
