Worked on a sales floor for 12 hrs a day for 7 yrs. Needless to say, it got real old! Started the business in June 2001 and never looked back! I started out full time - talk about SCARY!!!!!!! -
Funny, Paul Kassander and I were talking about heading one up around Feb. Paul is a successful distributor for E-Spec and a pwer too. I would be happy to help too. Call me.

Pay employees right - good performance and retention Direct marketing - better response & profit & got rid of the "bargin hunters" Stepped away from the labor - can't reach the gas pedal & steering wheel from the back seat! BBS, BBS, BBS, BBS (I can't say it enough!) - Not enough cyber ink to explain this one! Pray & be thankful! - Obvious reasons -

Jeff, what about call, fax, write? LOL -
Walk away. Years ago, I used to brush every house no matter what. Not anymore. If the siding is very old & oxidised, you brush and charge accordingly. If the cust dont wanna pay the price for neglecting there house, oh well. If you dont get your brakes fixed in time, its extra $ when you finally do! If you dont wash your house when your supposed to, its extra $ when you finally do!

I have never used Flood, but E-Plus from Mobiclean (E-Spec) works great. http://mobicleaninc.com/store/category/9yd2/House_Washing.html It's on sale too! Give Paul a ringy dingy and he'll answer all yer ? He is a real honest person and not only does he sell the products, he uses them too! I would rather buy from a contractor that uses their own products because the advise that they give you is based on their own experiance, not hearsay or profit margins. I will personally vouch for Paul.

If I was in your shoes, I would have 1 of them half way up the husband's keester. All jesting aside, you are not responsible for the damages at all. In the future, I would give every potential cust. a disclaimer sheet. Mine gets longer every year.

Ken is 100% right. -
That is typical with 200 feet of hose. Who cares, with 8 gpm, 3500 psi is not needed. I know, I have an 8 gpm machine. Here's what psi I use - Fleet washing - 1200 psi Decks - 800 psi Houses - 100 - 500 psi

We always rinse ours after each job. Just keep a full gallon jug in the truck with you. It really helps.
