Good choice!!

What a year it's been! I am so thankful to God for a great year in business. I am also greatful to my wife, Namrata, and daughter, Jaimi. I would also like to thank TGS and all of the people here who contributed to my successful year. My employees deserve a public thank you too!!! I know I haven't posted in a while. I have been very busy working on my basement. Well, it's 90% finished now. I just wanted to share a few pics with you all. This is my home gym, my favorite room in the house now!!

Hey Rich! Good to see you too. I wish there were some log homes around here, but there is not. We should be busy with our fleets this winter. Thank God for dirty trucks!
-
Larry, how did you get that pic of me?
-
Rod, do you have any recordings from your big hair days?
-
I'm gonna erase the trees later.

I actually already bought the equipment. I just have to make the 3rd bedroom in to a studio. The studio is a Zoom MRS802 8 track digital recorder with a built in cd burner and fantom for my condenser mic. Me and my daughter are recording a song with it right now and are almost done. We are going to do a 4-5 song ep. She has a great voice. I already took a pic of her for the cd cover.

Thanx for the replies. The gym is the Hoist V2. That thing kicks my butt every day. I tried a lot of home gyms and this one was an easy choice for me. To give you an idea about the resistance, with free weights, I would bench 225 lbs 10 - 14 times for 4 sets. On the V2, 100 lbs! I guess being humbled by this hunk of steel is a good thing. Beth, thanx! It's nice to be missed! I wasn't planning to be away so long, I was so busy that I lost track of time. The other thing is that my wife's parents have been staying with us since late June. My computer is in their bedroom. They will be here until December. I know, I know - lots of cold showers!!!

Thanks Paul. I get up with my daughter every morning at 6 30. After she gets on the bus, I work out. That hour and a half every morning is like therapy to me. My recording studio is the next project.

Spraying and Backbrushing
Jarrod replied to Dan Stapleton's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Use an airless and you will minimise back brushing by 90% -
That will never happen. We are talking FLOW not pressure. There is absolutely no drawback at all. Here are the pressures that we use Decks - 8 gpm @ 800 psi House washes - 8 gpm @ 100 psi Fleets - 8 gpm @ 1500 psi

Amen Bro!!

We have an office with a 1500 sq ft shop/garage in back. This really comes in handy for parking our 3 trucks and chem storage.

IMHP, a 4.0 is a squirt gun. Get at least a 5.5. If you got $5,500 laying around, ger an 8 gpm.

I gave my guys the week off on resi jobs. We are still washing the fleets and having a lot of "water fights"

How would you handle this?
Jarrod replied to PressurePros's question in Residential Pressure Washing
I would use Ready Seal or Messmers and give the people booties. Rod's point about fading the "ends" out is right on. -
How can I make my own X-jet?
Jarrod replied to Henryk's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
Just buy it! -
Where Can I find.....
Jarrod replied to PressurePros's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
Try Murrays or some other auto parts store. OR - Big Lots -

TWP Rustic sucks! It is really hard to apply right. I would say it is a prep problem. (Sorry) It will gradually lighten, but that's it. This is why I never use bleach of any kind on wood. Maybe it was the mix of the bleach and the Ox?
