I know. You can be the first one in line to strangle me. LOL
-
Sorry, I don't. I have 3 customers that want samples and I can't get them one yet.
-
That is NOT Brown Sugar. Call Russell. I got the same stuff 2 days ago.
-
Oh yeah!
-
Yeah, you're right. Now bow b4 me! BOW!
-
LOL Great, now everyone knows my secret.

No big deal. The written word without facial expression, voice inflection, and body language can be easilly misunderstood. Actually, I was really wondering if it was my post that you were talking about. LOL Sometimes I come off "high & mighty" but it's just me over doing it to make a point. It's all good

I just re-read your post Kevin. As far as the "tweaking" thing goes, I was generalising (including everyone) I can't tweak anything for 2 reasons - 1 - I'm not talented or patient enough 2 - I have 6 employees doing decks (imagine 6 guys tweaking WTW.)OMG!! Put a tweaker up against me and I'll look like a newbe.

Look at me, quoting myself, he, he. I hope that what I posted here wasn't taken wrong. I say hobbyist in a complimentary way.
-
Who has made condescending remarks? Just curious, I just skimmed over all the posts here.
-
The next batch is coming soon, I think it will work fine.

Well, to clarify, when I say "tweaking is for hobbyists" I mean that it is for the guy or gal that actually has time for it. They sorta have a niche market and do high end service. They treat their "job" sorta like a hobby. It's something they love to do, & they actually get paid for it. A business person is in it more for the money not the "Love of the game" aspect. I guess what I'm saying is - I totally agree with you (Kevin & Celeste)
-
For a 1 man show, "tweaking" a product, while tedious and unpredictable, is much easier than it would be for a business with employees. I think this further explains Ken's point. A product should be ready to go out of the can. Tweaking is for hobbyists, not business people.

LOL! The countdown has nothing to do with anyone here. It has to do with a situation I'm having. It's no big deal (I hope)

As far as "reasonable time" for drying goes, 24 hours is it in my opinion. Out of the many decks that we have done so far this year, only a few have had drying or tacky problems. Am I upset? Not really. All products have their occaisonal setbacks. Am I disappointed? A little, but not enough to discontinue using WTW. It's been very hit and miss as far as the "problems" go. I'm sure that Russell is working on the issue as we type. If it was every deck, I would be freaking out, but it's not like that at all. So far, I'm glad that I switched to WTW.
