oxalic doesn't always work, go to lesco's or your local lawn maintenance supply house. they sell chems for fertilizer removal.

We are not having any issues, no idea why.

CHL is shipped at 12-15%. It degrades. I wouldn't worry about it.

the pump is a Zeta 40. 10.5 gpm 300 psi chl pump http://www.udorusa.com/pages2000/diaphragmframes.html We also added a hotbox, the trailer is getting full.

Welcome aboard!! Looks like you have a lot going for you already, Search thru the boards http://forums.thegrimescene.com/forumdisplay.php?f=67 for the info. Roof cleaning is a very "opinion" oriented topic. We use chemicals for the roofs. You can go from gas powered to electric pumps; it all depends on your budget. We are here to help. -

My 4000 is at 3800+ at the hose end. which is OK by me 4000 psi is a whole lot of pressure.
