we just lost a bid by $7,000 to a painter. We were not that high on price. We were in the section of town and saw him with 2 other guys with a "now what do we do" look on their faces. There was over 65 homes in this bid.

I looked for a picture to help better explain. We are not talking about the tiger stripe or brindle look. Maybe you have a picture Oasis I think that my machine is cutting the concrete.

The white I'm talking about are the ones that no matter how slow or fast you go and even if you go in another direction they are still there. In other words the concrete won't get any cleaner, but the lines are there in the direction of your travel.

Let us not forget that sometimes they streak no matter what you do. I assume by streaks you mean those white lines that are in the direction of your travel.

people use name bleach or chlorine for the same product. If there is a difference between the two I'd like to know. When I was a swimming pool contractor we'd use either name for the same product.

Sounds a lot like the bleach did it. It will streak paint easily.

Actually we are hearing the same here. We have agreements with HOA to clean the roofs, but they are waiting for the huricane season to end. Ever since Jean and Frances and not to mention Wilma ripped my area a new one, it has been tough.
