what kind of enclosure is it? Metal?

Our burner is straight up, no problems (knock on wood)

We are in Florida and NEVER have a hot water problem bypassing to the tank. Don't worry about it. If you have a float valve that adds water while you using water then the water is going to be replaced with fresh "cooler" water. Go with a tank about 100 gallons or so. It takes a lot of bypass to heat water.
BTW what is the GPM of your machine? <------that really dictates the tank size

ours go to the tank

90% of my posts have been from my truck ...Working hard as usual :lgbounces

Lawn & Tree Services, Pressure Washing and Tile Install *Affordable*
gee what do they not do??

One of our machines was a 5.5 and we went to an 8.5. I wish that we switched sooner. Night and day. NO COMPARRISION.
You'll need a float tank with what ever you choose. That being said, why not go with the biggest pump possible? (Budget allowing)
We rarely drive with water, so the weight problem doesn't really apply to us. (We have an NPR)
Driving with water is a pain and causes a lot of wear and tear if not necessary. Here you can't qualify with a machine for anything less than 6 gpm for a lot of bids. Keep what you have and get that 8gpm.

We have that 4-way. Awesome.

Thats always nice to watch/listen to when outside the 6 year old's room (who is/was sleeping).

Not to mention that the video I saw had a dry gutter with no mud in it.

looks like a bag of fertilizer was sitting there and got wet.
-
was that for the hot water on/off, or the whole machine?
-
for an 8gpm would i need a tank or does a building put out that much water? That would be nice, I just don't have something to haul a tank around in.double feed the machine
-
go to an 8 gpm if you can, 4 is to slow
-
Any examples?
-
One of our pumps pulsed before, then we double fed it. Now all our pumps are fed with 2 water lines.

...it is a community pool and I fail to see him popping out #2 floaters. :)Now thats funny:lgwave:

the first 00 means degree pattern
the 40 is 40 orifice - And that is related to the pump
