also here is one I would jump on and its hot water commercial hot/cold water pressure washer
Good luck.
P.S. I am not trying to bust your balls.... I just suggest you spend your money elsewhere like marketing or insurance rather than a shiny rig. If you cant get the jobs that rig will stay shiny for along time or at least when you go and put it on Craigslist yourself with a header- "Pressure washing rig for sale...Barely used"

And I really dont get the point of that generator on there. I dont see much use of that.

I myself would say it is not such a good deal. You can build that exact setup for half or less. That exact tank you can get from a chemical place for $50. Pressure washer $700 new but I would go on CL and get a used one instead. Trailer am sure can get pretty cheap especially on your side of the world. Get a few tie down straps and WALLA... you got the same setup.

Why not bleach? I have used it with a 30/70 sh to water mix just sprayed on from gutter line then rinsed and it came out awesome. No scrubbing.

I have never had trouble with strong house wash mix. I usually xjet straight mix on the spots. With vinyl it came out spotless. With painted surfaces it left a shadow but that is where the egg enzymes ate thru the paint. Never tried heat though.

After you put some time in you will figure out your best angles to not get drenched. Even then I still wear boots and rain bibs. A quick rinse when done and its all good.... ready for the next job. Keep a pair of shoes in the van if I have an estimate middday and I take the rain gear off and I look somewhat presentable.

That would be Allan. He sure does look like a derelict, and he looked good that day. His false teeth hurt, and so, he wears them only when he is going to see someone. He always has them in when he starts the night, and takes them out, and stores them in a bank bag under the truck seat.He had to work christmas night, and got pulled over. The cop wanted to search the truck, and he let him. He was standing at the back of the truck, and saw the cop stiffen through the window, and told the cops partner that he found his teeth. Sure enough, the cop found his teeth, and instead of searching the rest of the truck, he just let him go...
Hahahaha that is super funny

Whatever Jim. Here check out this home.I bid on this house last fall, the winning estimate was $5,500 to repaint the exterior of this home. And it was dirty with loads of peeling on the trim. This use to be an easy 15k repaint. I think I remember about 6,600 SF of exterior area overall?
That's 83 cents a SF to pressure wash a home, scrape the loose paint on the trim and prime, caulk as needed and then paint - materials included. When was the last time Jim you did a deck restoration for 83 cents a SF??? And seeing we are dealing with vertical heights in upwards of 35 feet - I'd venture that's it's a whole lot more difficult - not to mention you have to apply everything by hand - if you spray, no way you can paint the trim in one coat and get coverage over the overspray.
Oh yeah, nearly forgot this was painted late '08 - painters have gotten even hungrier since. I know one crew that will paint this home for $3,400 all day long. That's 52 cents per square foot, Jim - think about it.
And in the great scheme of things - this house isn't a whole lot of prep work. But just to give you an idea - if you applied your deck rates to this house it would be priced at $13,200 - for one coat application, yet the 'going' rate is $5,500-$6000. And the lady of the house thought out loud in my proximity how that was a lot of money! Excuse me? This is the norm right now.
This paint job was done in fall of '08 - pricing is even more competitive. I know one paint company that will paint this home for $3,400 all day long
I'll do it for $3,399.

I started by borrowing the company that I worked for machine "to wash my house". I maxed out my cedit card that had $250 on it on a professional logo and biz cards. I went door to door and passed out a card to anyone in arms reach. Used the company's washer for 7 weekends in a row and got enough cash to buy a VERY used rig from a rental place. First year part time(every weekend) I made 33k. This is my first year full time since April 1st. Gonna break 100k easily.

What was wrong with this summer????

Its two months in Ron. Whats the verdict. Does it work?

Sell the generator... Use that money for insurance and marketing.

Love that show. Never knew people actually pawned boats and planes. I like going to pawn shops also buts its getting harder and harder to find a really good deal. The pawn shop people are able to find the retail value of an item easily and they price it just a little bit under that. Its hard to find an item that they screwed up and did not know value and priced it low.

Showoff! lol I'm guessing that the pump costs more than the engine! I converted my direct drive 4/3500 to 5.5/2600 gear drive. GPM's rule!haha. I love that machine. I hardly ever use my Landa anymore except for when I need hot water. I picked the setup off of CL for 800 bucks. Its amazing what higher gpms means for our line of work. I am definately getting popeye arms holding on to the wand. And the surface cleaner helicopters up so I had to install a weight on it to keep from flying.

I have a 12gpm run off of a 18hp vanguard.

How long did it take you? What chem did you use? I think I might now the answers to my own questions since you mentioned using the extensions.

To me it just sounds they used less soap or something that doesnt have as much sudsing. Their speed might not be a case of the soap or sh used but a matter of what machine they have. With my 12gpm I can soap, dwell and rinse a 2000 sq ft home in under an hour and that is taking my time. I wouldnt lower your price though for being able to do it faster. Its your raise for being more proficient with upgraded machinery.

I use a zip tie on my surface cleaner. Keep it a litte loose, slide it to the bottom and it holds the trigger down, slide it up and it let's go of the trigger.
