    If You Start A Bbs With The Idea Of Becoming A "leader" In The Industry, It Will Happen..as An Administrator You Would Have Access To Most Of The Industies Best Owners/operators...think Of It As Picking The Brain Of The Best In The Biz..if You Have A Weak Spot,,,like Say (marketing) Guess What Make It A Forum And Now You Can Be An Expert. Oh And Did I Mention You Could Wine And Dine The Industry Leaders In Equipment/products To Get Space On Your Site

    Kory if your having to wait till you get that 100 G to send wife packing think how much you could save if you sent her packing now!

    $100,000, not as much as some of you think, you could not buy a nice home for it, nor a motorhome. Harley would cost you around $20- 30 grand. BMW eats up almost half of it.

    Anyway you get the idea, like some of those that win the power ball lotto, their broke, some end up dead but they found out money cannot buy happiness, only short term pleasure UNLESS you become a miser!

    I would take a nice cruise to Hawaii, spend a week or two then fly home.

    That's about it, rest goes into CDs, stock, the bank and each of my two grandsons gets a college trust set up.

    Even if I were a betting man and won one of those power ball lottery I would not make major changes. I would not show off I had big bucks.

    Now guys stop dreaming and go earn it! or go rob a bank and enjoy free room and board for a few years.

    I Really Do Not Understand..we Were All Diy...until We Took That "leap"if Somebody Is Looking For A Contractor.i Find It Hard To Believe They Will Read A Little Bit Then Go Into Biz/

    If You Are Choosing Not To Be Totally Upfront, Thats Ur Chioce But Diy Is Not A Threat, Or We Would All Be Considered A Threat And This Forum Would Not Exist...everyone On This Board (with The Exception Of Referrals) Found The Site Through A "search"

    Understanding That All You Need Is The B Word And A 12 V. Is Not "the Biz" And Anyone Who Thinks It Is...is Not My Competition Anyway Because There Is Much More Involved..tsp Borax And Soap J/k Lol

    Really Mat, I am more scared of the DIY guy.

    Or, the "wise guy" who says "I KNOW what you are using because it is posted on an Internet Forum"

    These Internet Surfers find a thread showing up in the search results, see what they THINK you are using, calculate the chemical cost, and demand a deal.

    At least the car dealer, when a customer knows the dealer invoice cost, gets a kickback from the manufacturer, or makes money off financing, selling extended warranty, etc.

    I Dont Even Know How Somebody That Reads This Board, Would Even Attempt That Job With A 4gpm. Thats Like A Homeowner Cleaning A Parking Garage, A Bigger Machine Will Save You Money

    2. You Will Be Able To Do This Job Yourself.

    My Advise

    If You Have Decent Credit Ask For Loan. Sometimes Pressure Cleaning Equipment Stores Have In-house Lenders

    Or Sub It Out And Take A Percentage. Then With That Money Buy A New Machine.

    Basically Buy A New Machine!

    Did I Mention To Get A New Machine
