Just The Roof.this Is The Worst Customer. I Do Not Like This Because They Think It Should Be Dirt Cheap. Meanwhile I Have TO Clean All The WalLs And Grounds Anyway, From The Run-off. I Am Considering To Never Do This Again Or Just Charge Them For The"clean-up" ANY ONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM

as for pricing 50 cents per square foot is a start. this is based off advanced surfaces sealer, each 5 gallon gets me 750 square feet. 78.00 dollars is the cost per 5 gallons. the way i beak it down is 10 cwnts to p-wash 20 cents per coat of sealer.i ALWAYS do two coats accept on pool decks it is unnecacary and slippery if they have small children..and i spray it with a hudson or chapin sprayer. it might not be the "best" way but i like to get in and out. there are to many rainy days to be taking aaaalllll day to seal a driveway by rolling it. if you seal then it rains you are fine. refer to washaways advice when it rains before you seal. also sanding is more money roughly 50.00 per 500 square foot

The white powdery substance you are referring to may be effloresence. We would wash with an efflo cleaner. Then wait until it is comletely dry. Any moister can cause a whiting or hazing effect. If you happen to put to much on,and cause a milky effect,just mist it with xylene and it should vanish. No point me talking pricing as I'm north of the border.Some people swear by water based, others solvent based. The USA has a much wider array of suppliers.

Its A Good Idea Keep The Area Your Cleaninhg Wet, So When You Rinse The Residue Does Not "stick"..i Do An Area At A Time Then Go Back And Rinse..its Also Helps To "tip" The Surface Cleaner Every Once In A While To Create More H20 So It Stays Wetter Longer,,no Pun Intended. I Assume You Have A Ball Valve. A Must When Using A Surface Cleaner

It doesn't always do the face of the tile. On real pourous roof tile ya gotta go back with a 40 tip. It sucks that way.We did one today that was adamant about no chemicals. We are finding more and more people do not want chemical cleaning.

I Want To Start By Saying I Got My Brother In Law In The Biz 6 Months Ago And I Was Working With Him A Couple Of Days Ago And He Still Did Not Realize That If You Have A Ball Valve At The End Of Your Hose You Can Pressurize It And Use It To Do A "final Sweep"..i Do This Alot Just Making Sure Others Knew About It.

I don't know how it works in SC, but here in FL, it isn't uncommon for the management company to list itself as the registered agent on the State Corporation annual report forms. In FL, that's easy to look up. For any condo or HOA, I can pretty much find out who the managment company is in a matter of minutes.Here's a sample of one condo complex here in Gainesville...

IN REALITY DOING THE WHOLE HOUSE IS EASIER BECAUSE WHEN YOU DO A ROOF THE WALLS AND DRIVEWAY NEED TO BE CLEANED ANYWAY...BY TELLING THE CUSTOMER THEY WILL GET ONE OF THESE FOR FREE USUALLY THEY DONT EVEN SHOP AROUND..

When I Say Run-off I Mean The Mold That Sticks To The Walls, Driveway Etc. There Is A Film Of Mold That Needs To Be Rinsed Off.
