    Scott,

I see you are doing free shipping at a guess this is just for the USA?

Could you let me know the cost of sending to the UK x 2 XL's

    Cheers

  2. Great looking work. We get these types done in about an hour for washing and around 2 hours for sealing including sanding.

We use a pw'er which helps tremendously to get into all the nooks and crannies of teak furniture.

Keep em coming. It's great to see your progress.

    Rod!~

I washed with a pressure washer too. I did re-seal by hand though (brush).

You can wash 6 chairs and a table in an hour !! and two hours to sand & seal this lot, Wow I must be really slow :lgbounces.

  3. Looks good Roger, what stain did you use and how long did it take?

    Hi Barry,

It took about 3 hours to wash and citric 6 chairs and the table.

1 day to sand and stain the chairs, and about 4 hours to sand and stain the table. I used Cabots ATO (natural).

All done by hand/brush. This might seem a long while? I had to move everything into owners garage to dry-out and then prep as the rain over here at the end of last week was a pain. So a bit tight for space.

  4. If you are free this weekend fly over the great pond to our Roundtable in PA

Cheers Mathew, I may well come over to the States for one of these round-table meetings one day. Just to busy at the moment.

I haven't been to the States for years, I used to work out there a lot in the late seventies and eighties. Was based in New York for months.

  5. Nice brochure...... What do you charge in US dollars for decks and such?

    Hello Mathew,

I charge all my work by the square metre, (everybody does over here) so a ballpark figure for say for a maintenance wash on a deck, £3.50 per sq.mt = about $6.00 us dollars per square metre. Stripping would cost extra as would seal or staining. If it's any use a square metre is about 10 square foot. This might be cheap by USA standards, but it is still pretty new to some home owners over here (decking maintenance etc).

Trying to lead the way though.

  6. I see what you are saying about the top left hand photo guys, the shadow is only on the clean-side (right) the left-hand side is not in shadow, it was that dirty. Trying to get photos with the same light, different time of day etc is a real pain. Might have to find a different set of before and afters, leaflet is still in the design/proof stage.

  7. Jarrod,

The phone number is right under the yellow oval in his logo. They have different looking phone numbers in the UK and you dial different codes for mobile or home (I think). It was hard for an american to get used to there phone system. They also only have one service provider.

    Hi Anthony,

NO we have about 5-8 service providers, where did you get that info. :)

  8. I think the Brits use the spelling "mould" more often, Jar.

Roger I like the brochure. Did you design?

Wanna be my first European distributorship? ;-)

Hi Ken correct we Brits spell it "Mould"

No got someone to do the design, I had taken my previous leafleats as far as I could really.

    Yes very interested in distributorship,

  9. Buckeye,

I use a duel-lance all the time over here in the UK, it has a 25% nozzle & I think a 60% nozzle low pressure tip. You control the lance via a handle on the side, (bit like a motorbike throttle) So when in the closed position, you just have the 25% nozzle flowing, twist the handle to open second tube and the other nozzle comes into play. The more you twist the handle the more water comes out of the second nozzle. Great bit of kit and saves changing tips etc.
