I don't hunt. The best inside speckled trout fishing is during deer season but I told my dad I would hunt with him this year. He's saying this might be his last year so that puts it in a different perspective.

The convention was great. It felt like a big family reunion with all your favorite relatives plus a bunch of cousins that you never met before. -

We leave the politics to the "politicians" and concentrate on helping each other make more money and keep more of what we make. Oh, and ginormous stickers for everyone! -
Like I told you- I need the largest file size you can send me so I can blow this up into a huge poster to hang in my office and remind myself how incredibly important and influential I am and that the entire pressure washing industry hangs on my every word. Aaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!

I would like to thank each and every one of the contractors and vendors who made the 2013 Pressure Washing Convention such a rousing success. When I started planning this convention I had no idea if anyone would come or not, especially with only four months of lead time. It could have very well been Chris and I splitting a whole lot of hotel rooms and meeting space between the two of us! But thanks to early support from both contractors and vendors the event hit the ground running. Even still, I was unsure of how well it would be attended. I fervently hoped to break 100 attendees. That seems to be the benchmark of a "successful large event" these past few years. I reluctantly dared to be hopeful as the numbers grew and milestones were passed. 100, 125, 150, 200... 200!? Over 200 contractors and a full trade show floor!!? Yes, there were some hiccups. When you more than double the expected attendance of an event even small problems are magnified, especially at a first event like this one. Some last minute schedule changed were not communicated effectively. The wonderful thing is the everyone went right along with the hurdles and changes and extended not only their appreciation but their pledge of continued attendance. I am awed and humbled by the ongoing outpouring of support and encouragement. Who says that people in the pressure washing industry can't come together? This event was a milestone is several ways: Yes, it was the first convention for the Pressure Washing Resource Association. Yes, it was more than double the size of any verifiable event in the recent past. Yes, the amount of education presented in the almost 30 presentations was unprecedented. But what made it truly special was the spirit of camaraderie, brotherhood, and esprit de corps that was present. The feeling and the excitement was truly inspirational and I can't wait to see you all again next year! -

" The Convention was as promised. Lots of vendors for the contractors and twice as many contractors than at other events for the vendors . Win Win for both. Thanks, Thad." - Linda Chambers of Soap Warehouse on the PWRA Facebook group. Italics mine. -

There is a pretty big direct mail campaign hitting this week going out to pressure washing contractors within an easy day’s drive to Nashville. That should max it out. If you’re on the fence you should get your ticket now. -

If I had any guns they would have full magazines, empty chamber, and readily accessible. But I don't. Not any. -

Your mixing order makes a difference for some reason. For five gallons of mix dilute your bleach to four gallons then add the Simple Cherry mixed with one gallon of water to that and mix. If you add bleach to SC it won't cover the smell. Weird but true.

Get it from Bob at Pressure Tek. www.pressuretek.com Pressure Washing Resource Association members get 5% off.

Thanks for the props, JT, but I don’t think the Pressure Washing Resource Association has much in common with either of the two orgs. It’s just a totally different animal. But thanks for your support.

I think you two are in violent agreement.

Tim Aselton. Florida panhandle. He offered to tour me through his mega softwash rig when I was headed through there but I was running late and never got another chance.

Holy jumping cows and dolphins! It's Keth! -
Use 4 gallons of 6%. Mix your Simple Cherry thoroughly in one gallon of water and add that to your bleach.
