I was wondering if anyone has tried Pressure Tek's Simple Cherry housewash mix? How have you guys been mixing it for best results downstreaming? Does it really foam like crazy? How well does it mask the bleach smell? I just ordered some today and would like some opinions. Doug Baker Baker's Pressure Washing 270-268-1694

Try simple cherry from Pressure Tek. It has rinse additives and works great, but sometimes it's hard to mix well. -

First Townhouse Fence to Stain?
clean kentucky replied to SPW Clean's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
I think you should sell the job to both owners or not at all. I don't see any way to not damage the other side of the fence and do it right. -
I just wanted to thank Russ from Southside for taking a thorn out of my side today. Once in a while I would try to start my washer and all it would do was click. Sometimes taking a couple minutes to start. Got fed up and took it to Russ. He had it fixed in a few minutes and the best thing is that it was free. Still under manufacturers warranty. Thanks again!!

I thought Winn-Dixie took bankrupsy

AAA would come first Don! I also have had better response out of the newspaper than the phonebook. The only problem is that some guys say they're local newspaper charges 30 for an ad and ours charges 350.00 a month. Doug Baker Baker's Pressure Washing 270-268-1694 -
Yellow page: Success or failure?
clean kentucky replied to a question in Residential Pressure Washing
I have to say yellow page ads seem to be profitable to me. They are not near as expensive in my area as some others. I just put an ad in the new yellow book this year. They gave me three ads(2in. x 3in.) with color and a logo in different headings (pressure washing, cleaning, and contractors) I also have bold print listings under decks, sealing, maintenance, lawn and garden for a whopping 53.00 a month. I also have ads in the windstream book and verizon. 2in. x 3in. ads. One ad cost 18.20 a month and the other cost 29.00 a month. My total for phonebook advertisement for the year will be about $1200.00 This is my only advertisement besides local newespaper which I probably won't do this year because it inflated from 210.00 a month last year to 350.00 a month this year. How do you raise the cost that much? I stayed pretty busy last year with this advertising! Doug Baker Baker's Pressure Washing 270-268-1694 -

I have a 16 ft. tandem axle and wish it were longer. I am wanting to put two machines on it. I have a 425Ga. tank, high pressure hose reel, low pressure hose reel, 2- 35 Ga. chemical tanks, one hydrotek, a tool box. I really don't have much space left. I would advise to get the tandem because it pulls easier, room to upgrade, better resale value, safer, and not much more $ to buy one than a single axle. I saw the other day, a fellow selling new 7,000# 6 1/2 x 16ft. tandem's for 775.00 I bought mine with brakes for 900.00 How much are you really going to save buying a single axle? Hey guys, Here are 2 pair of good boots to try out. Both are excellent at keeping the feet dry and both are almost as comfortable as tennis shoes. I bought them for hunting and started using them for washing. You can find them at Bass Pro Shops or maybe Cabela's. One of them is called Lacrosse Alpha Burly and the other is called Muck Boot. I can clean concrete all night long and my feet don't hurt any worse than if I was wearing a pair of comfortable tennis shoes. Go try them on and walk around in the store. You'll be glad you did. need help finding tint
clean kentucky posted a question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Hey guys, Need some help here. I have a deck to stain tomorrow with WTW and homeowner wants it tinted like Ready Seal's medium red. I thought I could just go to Sherwin Williams and buy tint. Wrong! I should have checked first. I called Russell friday and he said I needed oil-based trans oxide pigment. Shermin Williams guy was clueless and so was the local paint store guy. I didn't have any time to call any other places because I was working. I am close to Louisville, KY. Does anyone know where I can find this pigment at? There is a Cabot's dealer about 30 miles away and I was wondering if they would have or if they would even sell it. Any help will be appreciated. Fenner, Beth, and Rod I know you guys use WTW a lot. Where do you guys get the tint. Thanks!!! Doug Baker Baker's Pressure Washing 270-268-1694
