you can also use a commercial high-pressure washer for this purpose, just be careful about the quality of the machine and try to select something which is powerful enough and has a durable high-pressure pump.

Hi I guess for removing loose paint a handy small or medium sized pressure washer works well but if you want more professional equipment, try Falch products which are awesome!
