Greetings all, I have a 225 gallon horizontal poly tank that is going to be mounted on a 5 x 10 dual axle trailer. ? is what would be the preferred method of mounting this, lengthwise or cross ways? I've seen it done both ways so I assume it is probably a matter of preference. Also I have the galvanizes pipe type mounting brackets that fit in the grooves of the tank and bolt to the floor, what extra bracing did you guys use (if any) to secure it to the trailer underneath? Also, same question for skid mounting. Thanks in advance. Jeff Letson

Proper mounting of tank and machine

Thanks guys for all the info, I'm thinking the best bet would be to have some more angle iron cross beams (4) welded in the proper spots, 2 for the tank and 2 for skid, or do you guys think that would be over kill? Thanks again, Jeff -

Oh I know most of it probaly came from china or some other place on the globe but ford still gives me the satisfaction of a sticker that says "quality built in Virginia, Norfolk assembly plant" But that's not to say there isn't a Virginia, Mexico LOL -

I Hear Ya Mike, I just would have a real hard time driving a vehicle that has a sticker on the windshield proudly proclaiming "assembled in mexico" Just my Union upbringing I guess. Take care, Jeff. -

2005 Ford F-150 stx, wife has 2004 ford freestar van. As I prefer to buy american or at worst canadian I stay away from General Motors vehicles. My brother in law and his wife have GMC vehicles both made in mexico (now there's quality). However I hear Ford is closing some of their North American plants and shipping them to mexico as well, so I guess my next purchase will be a Dodge, Or even a Toyota. At least there made here in the USA. Just my 2ยข. Jeff -

Traverse city is really nice, much more peaceful than the metro area. I'm pulling with 2005 ford f-150 V-8 factory tow package new brake controller, has like 7000# tow rating. I'll over load the trailer before I over load the truck. Take care, Jeff -

Greetings all, I'm looking for any hydrotek distributers out there that will quote me a price on a sc32006h, including delivery to 85742. Tried one place (ICES) got a reply back that my email request was spam and refused to quote me a price ( bunch of crap ). So any help would be great. Thanks. Jeff Letson

Hi Rick, Been on their site, I do have distributer about 100 miles from me but prefer not to buy direct from manufacturer as they generally charge full retail price and in-state sales tax is probably lot more than shipping (depending on area) Thanks
