I've used it and have also used SureKleen 600. Both good products, but Surekleen cost about 50% less.

House wash mix will do the job. The only issue is the carbon on the chimney from the BBQ grill. They need to move their grill when in use.

I don't use a barter company, but I will barter services. It's a win-win for both of us. I'm in some networking groups and will barter with members I know and trust.

I know some don't agree with me on this. I will not knock on doors, use door hangers or other forms of advertizing that takes me on to anyone's property. I do not like it when someone does that to me, so I will not do it to someone else. I'm not saying it's wrong, it's just not for me.
