If you have a wrap on your truck or car, you have to park it in the garage.

Rick I could in Ohio, but here I live in a sub-division that doesn't allow that. That's where HOA restrictions come into play. There are a ton of rules with HOA's.

We didn't know where we going to live and what HOA restrictions there where when found a place. Someone came up with the cash I was asking. Got what I paid for it 4 or 5 yrs earlier

No Chris, we get some hot 12.5 here. So I mix 2.5 gals of 12.5%, 2.5 gals h2o with 2 scoops of simple cherry. -

You would need even more mix to clean a house. 4% for roofs and 6% for housewash, to DS. 20 % draw to get 1.25 TTW. Doesn't sound worth it to me. -
Simple Cherry has a rinse aid in it. You won't need to add Cascade to it. You may want to use 4 gal. 6% and 1 gal h2o/sc. Then you shouldn't need the F-13 either.

Also, my closing rate when they call is high. They are calling because they want the service. My price is well above avg. I sell the benefit they are looking for.

I do flyers all the time. I put them in newspaper boxes. I can't/won't knock on someone door, put something in their door. When passing out flyers and someone is in their yard, i ask permission to walk up and give it to them. I relocated about 8 mo. ago and i've got alot of work from them.
