I agree with John and the others.
Needed a ins. cert., called Che Che and had it with in the hour.
Great customer service and excellent prices. Save me a ton on
my trucks vs. locals for auto insurance.

Looks like we'll be having a mini RT in MB in April.

I have been voting everyday for a while now.

Great job.
I'm a big believer in paying it foward. Not that I would expect anything
from the lady. But one day a job would come to me for no reason and
it's just for doing something good for someone else. Karma I guess.

You might want to consider some labor for learning.
There a lot of good contractors out there that would teach you
some of tricks of the trade for some free labor.
I did it when I first got in the biz and it was a great help.
I'm not a woody, or I'd have you come up.

Pat you need to just bid the vinyl.
From your 2nd ? about when to stain, you should walk.

Ron, that's a great feeling.
I coached baseball for 11 yrs and football for 7yrs.
When I would see some of the kids, they yell coach.
It was great feeling.
One of my player got married this past summer and
invited us to his wedding, you know I was there.
That last sentence makes me feel old. LOL

John, I have that type of unloader.
When I ordered my rig I never that about the hose, I just expected 1 wire.
When he delivered it he said he put the 2 wire on for me.
Single was great on my last rig.
I'm going to replace the 2 wire and keep it for back-up. I'm running 2 5.5/3500 machines/1 hot- 1cold.
-
Something else to consider is your hose. I had single wire b4, now I have double wire.
I find the weight of double a pain.
Also not as flexible, you might have to replace it sooner, but it will help you when you get as old as me. LOL

I had a 4 gmp for 1 1/2 yrs and now have had a 5.5
for about 6 mos. It's the best thing I did.
You said you're looking into comm. work. You can push
a bigger surface cleaner, that alone will pay for itself.

Half on down payment for a home. I'd do the IRA thing for my wife
and myself. A getaway trip for wifey and me. 25 G's for Visa IPO
in early 08. What ever is left save for a rainy day. (nickel and dime
it to death.)LOL

John, I did a search and came up with this.
I hope it helps, not being smart a$$ about the search.

John,
I really don't know what to tell you.
I can tell you from being on the other side of it.
I relocated to Myrtle Beach 3 weeks ago. In June we came down here
for vaca/house hunting. I got a hold of Jeff, owner of JL Pressure washing.
He came over and picked me up for a tour of the beach area and show me a
job his crew was doing a couple blocks from where we were staying.
The 1st thing I told him was I was moving here, he was real cool with that
and took me around to alot of different areas to target when I get here.
He even bought me lunch.
When we got moved down here Jeff took me around again for about 5 hrs.
How great is that. He's taken alot of calls from me and has gave me a great
deal of advise.
Now to my point.
I would not do anything to try to take work from Jeff.
He has helped me more than he would ever imagine.
So go with your gut about this guy.
Good luck

Take him out, show him a little and talk with him.
Then tell him if he targets your hood you'll arrest him.:sinister:

I think poll style might work best.

That's the one Barry. If you were wearing that Michigan shirt you
would of forgot to jump off. ha ha.
It's slow but I'm starting to get my name out there, so it's only
a matter of time.
Gave est. today and got to do another tomorrow.
We passed out 800 flyers this week, so the phone WILL start ringing.
Give me a call 843+903+1260
