  1. I Have A Poa Who Needs The Awnings Cleaned Throughout An Entire Mall (about 400 Or So). They Would Also Like Them To Be Sealed So They Will Only Have To Clean Them Annually Versus Bi-annually. My Question Is Will Thompsons Work Or Is There A Special Type Of Sealer That Should Be Used? Also They Have Done It In The Past And They Had A Problem With Them Streaking From The Sealant? I Am Guessing That It Was Applied Inconsistantly But Not Sure Any Help Would Be Great. We Have To Clean The Windows After The Fact As Well. ANY IDEAS ON PRICING FOR SUCH A LARGE # OF THEM. I WAS THINKING AROUND $35 TO WASH AND ? TO SEAL. THEY ARE ALL DARK COLORED DIFFERENT COLORS BUT STILL ALL DARK. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANKS GUYS!!

Good News Is That We Have Been Doing All Of The Flatwork For Three Years Now. Thanks Again ....brian..

  2. WE Tried Using Aluminum Brightner On The Steps On The Very Bottom It Made Them Look Brand New Like They Are. However There Is No Way That I Can Clean The Entire Bleacher With Alum. Brightner. The Cost Woul Be Out Of This World And The Epa Regulations, I Don't Even Want To Think About That!! The Bleacher I Think Look Like Crap Because Of The Stains From The Mud!

  3. Well Today Was The First Day On The Job...

The X-jet Worked Perfectly I Was Able To Remove All The Mud From The Under Side In About 7 Hours By Myself With No Lift!!!

The Top Side I Hade Two Guys With Small Machines And 200' Of Hose Each. We Were Unable (even With 100' And Hot Water) To Remove Stains I Think? From The Mud.. We Were Able To Complete Everything Except For The Two Stair Cases Next To The Press Box!!

By The Way This Is A Local High School Astroturf Football Field Grandstands!!! Too Much Money!!!! Anyway Thinks For The Advice We Are Going To Come Out Ahead And That Is All That Matters They Are Happy Wich Makes Me Happy. I Have Also Landed The Cleaning Of 26 Out Buildings Thru-out The Property And Am Working On A Sidewalk Contract!!!

  4. Hello Everyone, I Recieved A Phone Call About Cleaning Brand New Bleachers. They Were Stored In Mud Prior To Erecting Them. The Top Side, Bottom Side All Beams Underneath Are Covered In Mud. They Measure 325' Long By 33 Rows Up (80') The Back Is 40' Off Of The Ground. I Am Hoping That The X-jet Will Work For Rinsinhg The Mud From The Underside!! If Not Then I Will Have To Rent A Lift. Water Hook Up Under The Bleachers. They Are A Sealed Type Of Bleacher So You Have To Start At The Top And Work Your Way Down, However At The Bottom There Is A Brand New Asphalt Track That We Cannot Get Dirty! There Are Two Sets Of Stairs That Lead To The Press Box On The Back Side (they Are The Worst About 1/2" Thick) All Work Has To Be Done From 3:00 P.m. To 6:00 Am, Four Days To Complete, Last Minute Job Have To Start On Monday!!!! Oh Yes If I Need Lights I Will Have To Provide Them!! Here Are A Few Photos... Also The Guy Told Me While We Were Walking Around The Mess That I Was The Only One Bidding The Job And That It Had To Be Done Regardless.. The Whole Time The Price Kept Going Up!!! I Had No Idea At How Much To Bid!!! We Are Only Rinsing Dirt Off And Controlling The Flow On The Topside To Gravel Underneath... I Threw A Bid Out At $5,500.00 What Do You Think. He Said That He Had To Have A Price Right Then No Matter What!!

  5. Hey Guys,

I Just Hit The Six Figure Mark Yesterday For The Year..

I Have One 3/4 Ton Ford Van (298,000 Miles On It) With Two Cheap 10 Hp 3.4 Gpm 3000 Psi Cold Water Units And A 325 Gallon Tank. We Pull A Trailer With The Recovery Mat And Tank On It. I Have Four Employee's We Work Seven Days A Week And The Van Runs About 70 Hours A Week. We Are Only Washing Trucks Right Now. I Am Trying To Learn All I Can About The Residential Aspect Of Things, And Putting Together A Trailer Behind My Truck. I Have Been Practicing On My House And My Neighbors Homes So Far So Good!!!! Just Getting The Pricing Down For Now....

  6. I have a 5.6 gpm gear drive mounted in a 1 ton van with a bunck of equipment and my deck restoration stuff and a backup unit.

I have a hot water skid and a 4gmp gear drive backup unit in a trailer with my recovery equipment and a 325 gallon tank. we are puttng a filtration/recycle system in the trailer next week also. I will be doing a lot of work in the next few months where recovery is a must

Hey Mat, 90% of my clientel are trucking companies and we recover everything. What kind of recycle system are you talking about?

I am running a 3/4 ton van with a 325 tank, two cheap 10hp 3.4 gpm 3000 psi units out of the back. I pull a 12' utility trailer with a 12' x 36' mat and a 325 recovery tank on it. kind of a pain to go dump the water when it gets full every couple of hours!! I am putting together a trailer behind my truck and learning the residential aspect of things.
