I need some help with methods for cleaning a Boat dock. I'm concerned about my waste water just going directly into the atlantic ocean. It just doesn't seem right to me. What chemicals if any can be used for this? The Dock has algae, mildew, etc. it's in rough shape. Even if I just use water I'm wondering if I can be fined by EPA. Should I avoid the job?
