Firedkm 14 Report post Posted January 22, 2004 Does anyone offer a warranty on your deck work. If so, how long is the warranty, what does it cover and what are yor exclusions? I was thinking of doing something like this to help land some jobs.
0 One Call Power Wash 500 Report post Posted January 22, 2004 We used to offer a 3 year warranty. But now it is down to 2 years due to staying in line with the stain manufacture we use. We guarantee against graying and water retention for that two year periord starting on the first day work began. There are no other exceptions. Just graying and water retention. 0 One Call Power Wash 500 Report post Posted January 22, 2004 By the way, we use Sikken, Wolman and Olympic products. Most customers choose olympic due to the cost savings. Needless to say, I have only had to go back on one deck job and I was using a solid color stain/Oil. I wont say which brand but it was the only time I have ever had a problem and it was a real problem.
