PWSage 14 Report post Posted November 26, 2007 What works for you? Over the years we have used everything from notebooks (the paper kind) to laptops with 'fancy smancy' software. We are currently in the midst of a business audit to find what works/what doesnt, and the system we use is in question. In the past we have depended (?) on customers from Yellow pages advertising, this year we tracked every call, every job and found the YP wasnnt a good investment. No we have to replace the new customers generated by that nedia with our own marketing, basicly mining our database for repeat business and refferals. Question for us is since we have to clean up our database, where to put it so it is usable and easy to operate.
PWSage 14 Report post Posted November 26, 2007 OH'' I forgot. We currently use Serviceworks CEO software for customer tracking, scheduling and billing and Quicken for tracking out payables and reports for accounting. Thanks, Bates McLain Spray and Clean 2007 - Our 14th Year!

northwestern 14 Report post Posted February 3, 2008 Your question looks more like, "this works for me" and not really a question for people to get in on. I use a computer.
