I will be making my first estimates on two decks this week. Both customers just want me to wash there deck and they want to stain it the same color it is now themselves. After reading every post on pricing I came up with around .75/ sq. ft for cleaning. I am located in Northeast Ohio and the economy is really not that strong in this area right now. Also I was hoping to get some opinions on whether I should by some F-18 or F-10. This is just for a cleaning, not stripping. I was going to go with F-10 and then F-8 downstreaming both. Any suggestions on my plan would be very helpful.
