apt building bid

put in a bid for and apt building 62 by 30/ 2 decks 10 by 29 decks plane treated just grey and sideing a little mold on north side bid was 1200 dollars in my town in wisconsin no one wants to pay but hopeing i am in the ball park. thought or comments? thanks

What are you doing to the building? One story or three? Are you cleaning and staining the decks,,what? 1200.00 just to wash it down seems a little high to me. 1200.00 to do those decks, strip / clean / stain, is way low. Depends on what your doing.

2 story building a little mold on one side deck are easy clean and stain that owner buys. hard to get alot for work around here if i were big city money might come easier
