Hi all, I am new to the board and i have a question regarding pricing. I am bidding on a 13,000 squarefoot roof, that is 3 stories high, and i was wondering how much would you guys charge. I would be using a chemical only low pressure cleaning on the tile roof. The Roof isn't that steep but its still 3 stories up.
Also how do you guys price commercial roofs? By the square footage?
