Top Gun Pressure Washing 14 Report post Posted October 13, 2008 Hi everyone. We are still fairly new in the business and don't know what we need to have in our commercial contracts.. did you all have a lawyer write one up for you or is there a place where we can see a sample template with the correct legal wording to protect ourselves and ensure payment after the job is done?? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would much rather write one up myself than have to pay a lawyer to do so.. let me know thanks! businessformsstore 14 Report post Posted October 23, 2008 We offer contracts. The nice thing about that is you can take those to a lawyer and only pay a review fee rather than have them create one for you. Plus if you have them create one for you, it won't be industry specific. Ours relate specifically to power washing. So, you can take it to the lawyer to add any state specific topics you want to add. That will save you $1000's.
