Job estimate request

Have a new client requesting job estimate for very large condo complex here in Utah County.Request current market rate for PW 3 story condos measuring 23000 sq. ft perimeter not including 3 story height.

I was planning on bidding 23000 x 3 = 69000sq. ft. @ 5 cents.

Any comments, recommendation or input greatly welcome and appreciated.

My feeling is yer gonna want to double that price for first story and tripple it for the third at least. ..but I don't know..
