floridaprowash 14 Report post Posted March 17, 2009 I may or may not have the time required to do this job. The shingle roofs have never been cleaning in 12 yrs. of existence. I would say 50% is light gray, like original, and the other 50% of the complex is black with algae, mildew, tree stains. Its a 36 building 2 story Condominium located in west Orlando. I havent bidded on the job yet. Not even sure what to price it yet. Anyone want to give me a estimate on the job? I may just end up getting a percentage of the job and you do the work.
