Another newbie question..help please

This site is great I have been reading like a mad man. I am looking for some general answers to my questions (if there can be general answers)

1) Best overall cleaner to have with on any given job

2) Best overall cleaner for concrete

3) Best overall cleaner for tile roofs

4) Best overall cleaner for cynder block, Vinyl, Wood, Alumi. homes

5) How often is just plain old PW with cold water effective enough
