Mildew?

I cleaned some wood, PT runs & Pine risers, steps on my father's other house yesterday with EFC-38. It worked pretty well except for some green mildew stains that would not come out. I let it dwell for half an hour and kept it wet by adding more chem. I also rinsed and reapplied...nothing. I did also brighten with citralic. What will take out the stains? A little bleach in the mix?

I wouldn't mix bleach with anything but water then rinse well but it should remove the mildew.

oh yeah Steve you can neutralize again after u bleach those spots.
