I would like to find a subcontractor to work with on keeping the parking lot clean. Please send me your contact info if you would like to be considered. Also, for those of you veterans, is there a standard rate of pay for cleaning parking lots? For example, we have standard rates for cleaning carpets or stripping/waxing based on sq ft.
