Hi, I'm new here and just wanted to introduce myself.

Question

Great forum you all have here and I look forward to participating in it.

First, I'm not a pressure washer, we provide a surface restoration service that uses a dust free mobile Farrow System 185 and we're based out of central New Jersey servicing all of NJ, eastern PA, southern NY and all of DE.

Our process is similar to Sandblasting, Soda Blasting and or other DRY abrasive media blasting.... ONLY OUR PROCESS PRODUCE NO AIRBORNE DUST... and it's low pressure so it's real gentle on surfaces.

The process is also a GREEN PROCESS.... in that it use no chemicals and simply uses compressed air, heated water and abrasives like Olivine (Volcanic Glass), Recycled glass, Walnut Shell and many, many more.

The heated water is there just to control and eliminate the dust.... the used media and removed paint stay damp so it doesn't blow off the tarps... and when we're done we just roll everything up and place it in trash bags and haul it away... it's a real clean process.... that's very powerful.

Also we make a lot less waste, burning between 25 lbs and 50 lbs an hour of media where dry media blasting (Soda and Sand) utilizes anywhere between 150 lbs to 300 lbs of media an hour... so after seven hours of blasting there's only maybe 150 lbs to 350 lbs of media on the ground from our process.... where dry blasting might have up-words to to 2100 lbs of media on the ground to do the same job that we can do with a lot less.

We normally partner with pressure washers on jobs where pressure washing and coating removal like paint, sealant, rust, oil stain have to be removed from surface like stone, concrete, brick, wood, metal.... and again our process uses no chemicals... the only contaminates are those we're removing.

We're basically here to help you sell those bigger projects that have other cleaning issues.

Anyway I wanted to introduce myself and company and I look forward to participating in the forums.

Dale
