The PWNA Cosmetic Cleaning BMPs are Reasonable, Rational, and Logical. There BMPs are the result of over 20 years of work with Regulating Agencies, including Federal, State, Regional, and Local Municipalities. The BMPs comply with the EPA's Model Ordinance at http://www.epa.gov/owow/NPS/ordinance/documents/FortWorthSW.pdf .
