Advice need for a 200 ft floor mount reel for flat bed

I have a flat bed F-250. I need to mount a 200 ft. pivoting reel that mounts to the bed of the truck. The only base mounting reel I have found is a Rapid Reel model 1076. I was wondering if these were quality reels and if the pivot point will hold up to a full time schedule. I've use Cox and Reel Craft but they do not make a floor mount pivot reel. I really would appreciate some suggestions.

You couldn't give me a rapid reel, they blow. Is it that important that the reel pivot?
