Help! Need Boat Dock Refinished ASAP! - Lake Gaston NC - 1 HR North of Raleigh

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to find someone that can quickly jump on my weekend cottage boat dock... 2x6, solid wood, but the TWP finish wore off 5 years ago and it's needs some TLC. Dock Area = 860 sq ft exposed + 320 sq ft Under the roof of the dock for a total of approx 1,180 total --> See Pics Below

The location is Lake Gaston, NC, 1 Hour North of Raleigh (near the NC/VA border off I-85)

I'm looking to hire someone who is as OCD as I am! Someone who refuses to cut corners. I obviously need the surfaced cleaned, mildewed killed, the old TWP finish (under the cover of the boat house) stripped, and ideally, the main 17x17" exposed decking area drum sanded so that all splinters are gone and the area is "feet friendly".

Lastly, I want a wet-on-wet high quality semi transparent stain like TWP or Clark as the final touch.
