Removing White Stains From Brick

I have been trying to remove white stains on brick (either from new stucco installation or runoff from old painted aluminum siding) on a new house one of my customers just purchased.

 

I attempted to remove it with the following method(s).

 

1. 4000 PSI cold water pressure washer and the following chemicals:

 

1. Butyl based house wash

 

2. Muratic Acid

 

3. Oxalic Acid

 

None of the above chemicals were able to remove the stains.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
