Bad coverage

Question

Recently did a small deck with SW Deckscapes Waterbased. I was finishing as it began to turn dark and didn't apply enough stain in several areas on the floor. Just wondering what an easy fix to this would be. I am afraid now that the stain has dried it will not accept a second coat. If anyone knows of a way to touchup or darken the floor boards I would appreciate it. Its coated fairly well, just no enough in several areas. I misted it with water and it beaded up all over but the homeowner isn't happy with the coloring.

Thanks

You should be able to just brush or roll more on it's waterbase.I don't see why it wouldn't blend in or soak in.

Was that the homeowners shoice of stain?

Waterbase stains usually look good for a while then tend to look washed out as they weather the wood gets all dry.
