I have a chain of resturaunts that have me clean their dumpster areas, walk ways, and windows on a regular schedule in the Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC area. The district manager asked me if I knew anyone who would take over the cleaning starting in January, so I am putting the offer out there. Contact me for the details.
