Power Clean 14 Report post Posted December 16, 2005 Just got my new ZK1 unloader today and got it installed. Works great and no problems with the 3/8 bypass line. I installed a "1/2 to 3/8" 90 at the bypass port which may have helped. Also had to install a 1/2 to 3/8 HP fitting at the discharge port to mate the unloader to the unloader block. Installed new tips, run it up to 3500 PSI and she's purring like a kitten. Thanks all. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
