Started off this am with a Deck job, 250 square feet, 3 years old, never cleaned. Used renew from espec and it looked awsome. Then went to a freinds house with cedar shake shingles. 3 of the 4 sides came out perfect. The front which ges lots of sun was covered in this black stuff. He thinks it is sap from the pine trees in his yard. The renew or restore - i forget the name, didn't touch it. A little 12% put on with the x jet barely made a dent.
