I get this lead today and it says " give me an estimate for power wash deck only, i have some 99 dollar coupons already and need best possible rate", Okay i junk that I can't compete with a 99 dollar speacial and why would you have 2 companies doing something that 1 should do and why not have them do it anyway> Just someone looking to get a Benz for a beetle price. uugghh

Jeff, there are always going to be low-ballers. They are not your competition. McDonald's is not competition for Ruth's Chris or Outback. You are not serving the same customers. Advise people of the difference, and why they might want steak instead of mystery meat, and you just might see an increase in your bottom line.
