None of us should run our businesses as “we” want to run them

This is the best advice I have ever heard. :)

Even though I already run my business this way; I could never quite articulate my feelings as well as Sonny Lykos has.

None of us should run our businesses as "we" want to run them. We should run our businesses as our "customers" want them to be run.

The business should be modified, reengineered, or whatever you want to call it, so that every "thing" and every "person" in the business is "wrapped’ around every single customer’s needs, and desires.

Once you calculate what it will cost to do so, charge accordingly, and market only to those who want to be treated as such. The money will come in naturally, willingly, enthusiastically, and mostly uncontested or questioned.

It's time to bring the public out of the 60's and into 2005. Sonny Lykos
