Oh deer!

Its 8:30 am, what the heck is a deer doing trying to cross a divided highway? (Yeah, yeah...to get to the other side) And why is there the outline of a deer's leg on my wife's van's bumper, and deer hair on the windshield and side mirror?

I'll take some pics tomorrow. No one (other than Bambi) hurt and Geico was quick. From the time of the accident, to a rental car in my drive, it was less than 2 hours.

That's pretty good response from the gecko. I was stationed in Portsmouth back in my Navy days. Spent a lot of time in VA Beach, also riding down to Cape Hatteras and Nags Head NC. up and down HWY17, seldom ran into any critters. Good thing your wife was not hurt.
