process for old fence / new fence

I live in south Mississippi where as you know we had a small storm a while back. If you had a wooden fence before the storm you had no fence or parts of a fence after the storm. I am looking for advice on products and procedures on trying to get the old and new sections to match and then to stain and seal them. 90% of the fences are PT pine with a few ceder fences in the mix. Any and all comments are welcomed.

Cedar - Replace missing fencing/panels, clean & neutralize entire fence, seal

P/T - Same thing, you may have to let the new wood age a little to get an even stain job.

Go with a darker color oil. Cabot decking stain is less transparent that things like ready seal and should help even the color up.

Gonna be hard to match it up perfectly. But def go with a stripper and neutralizer, especially on the older ones to lighten them up as much as possible
