removing overspray from siding

i got some deck scapes oil based stain on hardy plank, tried a strong mix of hydroxide let dwell and scrubed with brush, wouldnt phase it, tried some carb cleaner got some off but not all, re applied that 3 times still wont come off, anyone know what i can use to get it off?

If it's not too old, try mineral spirits. Otherwise, try laquer thinner, but test in an inconspicuous spot.

goof off worked for me once. took a little elbow grease since it had been on there a while.

I'm thinking that Goof Off is laquer thinner, packaged and marketed a bit more smoothly, then marked up 500%.

Ive used deck striper for overspray before.hd-80 or what ever you us to strip sealer with.
